The Vault Details
You've heard us talk about The Vault for almost 2 months now, and we appreciate your patience. Here are the details of the Greatest Greatest hits package ever:
- The Vault will contain over 100 rare or unreleased MP3's
- The Vault will contain over 100 rare or unreleased Videos
- The Vault will contain over 400 photos, taken by the band members themselves
- The Vault will live at www.enjoyincubus.com starting 6.16.09
- Any visitor signed into enjoyincubus.com will be able to stream or view all of the MP3's, Videos, and Photos
- Any visitor who is signed in and has a code from one of the physical copies of Monuments and Melodies, or a code from the digital version of Monuments and Melodies purchased at Incubus' store, will be able to download over 100 of the items from The Vault
- All downloadable assets in The Vault will only be able to be streamed as clips
- All non-downloadable assets in The Vault can be streamed full length
- The Vault assets will be released in segments on the following dates:

-6.29.09
-7.13.09
-7.20.09
-7.27.09
-8.03.09
-8.10.09
-8.17.09
-8.24.09

it was a good idea to make a vault, but guys, do you know the word quality? we live in the world of broadband connections and hdtv broadcasting and you put the videos in this awful quality. why? or at least why there's no option to download or view video in good (or at least not bad) resolution. i really cant understand it. it looks like you making fun of us. its really disappointing.
and sound level of video is low for some reasons, and some video streams 'shows' just a black screen and sounds. i use mac and safari.
so is there an answer to my questions?

Diggin all the content, but a decent video player would be cool. That tiny lil' box on a 23 inch monitor kinda sucks hehe.

The browser doesn't show photos because there are a bunch of photos near the bottom of the vault home page. Just scroll down and click a photo to see it bigger. Don't worry. You'll find it.
Hey Guys! The website is wonderful !!!!! But I have a problem .. in the item "browse the vault" I only have the possibility to enter in "mp3" and "videos" , but not in "photos" !! WHY !!!!!!!!!!!?

I don't mean to sound ignorant, but are we not going to be able to download every mp3 currently on the site? I was sure it was mentioned at some point that all content would eventually be downloadable?

but I would also like to be able to download the "original" music video's that incubus made.... not the commentary of them or kids video taping them live.
This is such an amazine idea! You should be very proud of yourselves! As a fan this makes me feel very special! well, its hard to put into words... but im sure you understand! I've loved you for eight years or something stupid.. and luckily i got a couple of tickets last time you were in the UK and took my little borther to his first ever live show! Hey, theres a story for him to tell the grandkids!! it was actually a supprise until a ticket tout offered us ticket outside and let the cat out of the bag! doh! can those guys do any good?
Anyway, i love you, and will always... cant wait til you hit our shores again....

It is easy. Just, after you click download, a box will eventually pop up (on Google Chrome, anyway). After that, click Open, and then ITunes should pop up. Make sure the key is in your CD Case, also though.

i just love everything about incubus, no matter how f***ed up some of those can be (like "love hurts," sorry guys but i'm pretty sure you guys were high then..right?) like this vault. with all due respect to the team behind it, i know you guys have the greatest intention and you all probably spent time, sweat, blood, tears, mucus, no.2 and/or other forms of bodily liquid but..the vault is kinda' messed up a little. i can't view the photos and are all the mp3's, videos, are they only available for download in the US? see, the US might be starting all kinds of trends, the recession and the lay-offs for example but hey, we do have that too here in our country (a third world one) and i believe, in all other countries as well. except for the vatican, i'm assuming, with all the praying and the tolerance and the forgiveness..
what, why am i talking about the vatican? see, because, i'm going a little crazy over here, salivating over this little piece of musical heaven and i want to see them all, right away, pronto and whenever i click on something on the vault page, all i can seem to get is a bit of the song and a lot of disappointments. pls guys, can you fix this and please, please, can we download everything as well? i mean, think about this vault as a..grocery store. you wouldn't want everything that incubus "produced" to go stale and eventually go to waste then head straight to the forgotten garbage, right? you want people to keep on downloading, keep on buying those CD's with the magical code, keep on raving and talking about it, until you've run out of "supplies" and thus, the incubus are forced to come up with another round of "supplies", but these time better and meatier. its a vicious cycle but it does work, makes everyone happy.
wait, did i say meatier? and grocery store?
i'm sorry for posting such a long, moronic comment, but please, please, can you help out a citizen of a third world country? and probably all those who have other concerns too, regarding the vault?

I've been sleeping for approx. one week, and screwed up on the release date.
Finally, bought my copy of M&M... Amazing.
I've got to say more bands should consider doing what Incubus has with this release and the "VAULT" ... I got all the albums and etc, but the Vault has a crazy amount of live footage and audio.
SOOO FRESSSH.....looks like I'll be paying a visit to the Vault on a regular basis.
INCUBUS showin' love to the fans = AMAZING!

Hey guys, I've just bought the Album, and I'm hearing it right now and I was so happy till I realized my copy didn't come with the access code, So now I can't download all the rare songs I was promised. Does anyone can help me with this? I swear I purchased an original copy so I don't understand what happend, maybe is because I live in Colombia and the copies sold here came without the access code.
Anyway, that's not fair, can I write to someone so i can get help to get my access code?

Hey guys steps to downloading music: Click on "The Vault". Click On The CD Cover. Click on one of the songs that you can download so far. Type in Your Key And Get it verified. Once it is verified for the song that you wanted to download, automatically, a box will pop up, and click either save file or open in Itunes. Lol it is so easy, guys. Oh, and not all of the songs can you download YET. Obviously, the latest songs that will be released will be on August 24th. Lol.

now i got my copy of monuments and melodies by cd wow, but without a downloadcode....that sucks.....can i do something to get a key or not???HELP!!! I need more INCUBUS stuff
soundtrack songs like admiration and the one from Spawn should be available to download.... i've been trying to find them alone for awhile now! Other than that, this vault is pretty awesome.

I have another question though. How come we can only listen to the first part of the songs that are available for download?
They almost always start their songs out the same, and since we have a limit, I'd kind of like to know what I'm downloading.
