I pre-ordered the CD like two months ago, paid $6.99 for shipping & handling, AND got my CD a day late. I can't believe I didn't get a damn litho. On top of all that, I live in Hawaii, so even if I went to a store & bought the CD, I wouldn't have gotten one anyway. The best thing that came from pre-ordering the CD was getting first priority for concert tickets, HOWEVER Incubus isn't coming to Hawaii so it didn't matter anyway. I just can't believe that everyone who pre-ordered this CD didn't get a lithograph. I feel like we deserved to get one for pre-ordering & for paying extra (& waiting longer). I'm just sad that I didn't get one
