I pre-ordered my cd over two months ago and got it today. No lithograph, and I REALLY want one!
It's really unfair that the fans that pre-ordered the cd didn't get all the 'extras'.

Are they only available at the listed stores above? I called the Best Buy near me and they had no idea what a lithograph even was.
