A very special thankyou from the members of Incubus to the Harvard Bach Society Orchestra and the Harvard University Choir, for their generous contribution of Bach's Cantata No. 140, "Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme," BWV 140 which we used in the Letters video above. Conducted by Edward Elwyn Jones, live concert recording December 8th, 2007. Sanders Theater, Harvard University.

WE WERE DEFRAUDED BY SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT AND SKYROO.COM. WE PREORDERED THE CD ON MARCH 13 AND NEVER RECEIVED OUR PASSWORD. As I've read the blogs listed,I am astonished how "incubus" has taken hold of this generation by their CONTAGIOUS devotion to putting their hearts and souls into playing music that continues to make people smile even during these moments of life. It reminds me of the time I had first heard Incubus.It was at my mother's house, and I had my back against the television screen,however listening to one of their hits "drive"video. I had not even yet seen any of the bands angelic faces, I was excitedly drawn having to see, who was this playing music! Lo and behold, as I turned and looked, I saw what looked like all my high school friends, and I even of rolled my eyes. Then kapow! I had to do a little investigating because I had to admit their music was good.I read all about their bios, and how they were high school friends from Calabasas, Ca. They had this powerful lead singer ,with a voice that screamed I'm not that good but f#*!! YOU. I'm throwing it out their anyway. Also, with his fellow-band mates faces, playing so robotic, and interviews stating you can" Love it or leave it"! Since then I have not stopped listening to Incubus and the nastolgic memory they all left in me, I will never forget, until the day I die. Not to mention singing for Mr. Boyd himself at the meet and greet gig. Just gave us that confidence!!I Hope you guys enjoyed "dark ominous clouds".
You all give us the power to become what we want to become, with that same notion, when we hear your tunes! I hold no doubt ,in my mind, from here on out, and all the albums that have followed you till now , and the ones you"ll continue to produce I'll see you soon at the grammy's!!!!!
This may or may not be a goal of yours' but come on guys your DUE! Thanks for the dedication and devotion to the music industry and what continues to make us smile throughout our days!!!

Thanks for the video update. Cute baby, very dastardly mustache, and adorable dog (even if he is a coprophagist -I didn't even have to go to Harvard to learn that.)
It will be great to have new music from you guys, but we can wait to enjoyincubus while you enjoyschool. I'll be on the lookout for those Bach influences.

Tour Dates
Long time listener, first time blogger. I'm 17 and have been listening to Incubus before I could understand the words--thanks to my brother. I just wanted to know if any tour dates were scheduled for the next year yet. Any in the U.S? I live in Alabama, but I would make the trip to anywhere in the Southeast, preferably somewhere near Mobile. Peace.

As a vet i can tell u to do a check up and see if his diet is ok.. or.. i can tell u that some dogs just like to eat poo.. go figure..

Boys come back to Boston....House of Blues opens this weekend and you need to play here soon....I am working at the venue and it's @#$ing sick. 2500 hundred person music hall, much better then when you played here at Avalon a few years ago. Thanks for the sounds. Loved the short Letters video. Always liked how intelligence seemed to seep from the lyrics and sounds of Incubus. To see Mike at Harvard would be no surprise. We listen to your words and sounds here everyday. Can't wait for you to make another album and tour. Waiting to see you here in the Midwest of USA. I was just listening to your songs (actually, today I spent the hole day listening to your records) when I clicked on this link, and that funny song from the video got all mixed up with Shaft and I was like: "I've never paid attention to that part! Cool..." until I heard Brandon's voice and came back to see this page, and found out this lovely video... o.o
Blah! Anyway, I recently saw the Look Alive DVD and I just loved it; I fell in love with your music once again and now I can't stop hearing it, I don't want anything else right now xD.
It's funny how we love some particular sounds and we hear them and hear them over and over again... and there's always something to discover; I would have to say you never get to know one song completely :b Because, or at least for me, it dependes a lot on my mood and what I'm going through to pay attention to one instead of other rhyme.
I don't think I'll be writing here anymore, so I would like you to know how much I admire you for doing what you love, being yourselves, and sharing it that massively. Is the best.
And thank you. Thank you just for making me feel beautifully always.

A big thank you to the boys of Incubus who continue to inspire us not only with their music, but also with Make Yourself Foundation which reminds people ( young and old ) to conserve energy in any way they know how. A little bit goes a long way! I'm from QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA and while we have been drowning here in floodwaters our neighbours in VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA have been burning in demonic bushfires! All of this tragedy must remind us that we have to remember to conserve our energy in any small way we know how, turn off the lights ( sounds so simple), don't leave on the tap while brushing your teeth, shorter showers and remember Mother Earth is feeling the pain as well !!!!
