Hi, I'm from Chile and today I've just bought a brand new copy of the M&M disc and after looking for like 15 minutes, I couldn't find any code for the vault, I would like to know if this is right or it's just my bad luck that it didn't come with a code. Thanks!
hello, i'm wahyu from indonesia. I have bought the copy of incubus cd's monuments and melodies. unfortunately, i can't find the code inside. its hard for me to find the code. please help me to find the code, as i really want to download incubus rare mp3s and videos. if anybody or any incubus fans can help me, please send me an email to why.febrianto@gmail.com. I redeemed my code for the vault when I purchased Monuments & Melodies, but now it won't let me access any content. I'm pretty sure I don't have the access code anymore.
so my questions are the following :
-where is this code supposed to come from ? i think i read something about a card that is supposed to be included in the cd case.. ? In which case I don't think I have a code.
-IF I have no code, is there a way for me to redeem a code or prove that I actually purchased the greatest hits album ?
- did a lot of people not get codes ?

How do you make it so that you can put into my mp3 player. Not an ipod though.

When you download the vids they're in m4v format or something and you can play them on iTunes, QuickTime, or Real Player
My computer doesn't play the videos. Can somebody tell me how?
Alot of the songs and stuff dont have the download links... is there a reason for that or is it a bug?

i will add this too--- in case anyone has had the problem i did--- i put my code in and it kept saying it was invalid---but somehow magically one day it worked so i didn't worry about---- well it happened again the other day-- but when i hit a download button after----- it worked----- so if anyone gets that message after putting in a valid code from your cd---- do try anyway-- (probably try a couple in case the first one ya pick is a blank)

Oh! PS to those who are having trouble, (i had the same issue, until i started messing around with "the vault" site.) the pin is put in once you click the download button. to find a download button, just go to the vault tab, click on an album at the bottom, (they should have things like:
Audio:10 tracks
)
Just Released: (Enter Song here
Video: (blank) clips
Just released: (Enter Video Here)
Click on an album (the first two should be look alive and light grenades) and a list of the songs from that album will be shown. some songs will have a play button next to them, and some a play and download button. the ones you can download (obviously) have the download button next to them. once you click download, the site will ask you for the passcode. watch out for the yellow (or whatever color it is) bar at the top of the page that says "pop up blocked" or something like that; sometimes, to download the file, you need to temporarily disable pop up blocks. to do that, just click on the bar and options will appear. the option you are looking for is "temporarily disable pop up blocks" or something along the lines. hope that helps a bit.

not many songs i havent heard. but hey.........i got the cd!! woo hoo for mee!!! brilliant artwork, the most simplistic yet perturbing cd cover ive seen thus far. thank you for the look alive songs 
i see the psychology in putting only certain songs up for download, it makes me want to buy the entire album!! D:
Hey guys I dont mean to add to this mass of complaints but i just bought the monuments and melodies 2 disc cd and i didnt get any code in it at all. My friend said maybe the ones with codes were limited editions but i dont think so. Is the code hidden amongst the swirly thank yous in the booklet? haha in any case great job being the people that you are and keep up the amazing work your an inspiration to everyone.

Hello people, I'm From Mexico, and I fell very very dissapointed, and angry, i just get the monuments and melodies copy, and it's only one CD! why don't we have the 2 CD version, and why i didn't get the vault code?!?!?!?!?
it's just because I live outside the US????
I don't really think Incubus have the fault, I think the guilty people is all the suitmen in big corporations.
I don'te even have the words to explain how dissapointed i felt when i realized we(Mexico) don't have the original 2CD version, that's how yo expect you will fight piracy???.
Okay, maybe some people could afford a trip to the US and get their own copy by thereselfs, or maybe get it online with a credit card, but what about the thousands of young people that have been your fans through all these years that don't have a Credit card???? we just have to give up and comfort ourselves with the hits CD??????
I'm really really dissapointed, I never expected this from my beloved band Incubus, and I really hope you read this and do something, because this is just not fair.

I bought the cd and downloaded some content with no problems. I haven't been back in a while and I was hoping to download the rest of the content but no longer have access. I also no longer have the paper with the code. Help please.

my only request is next time the band or management or the record label does an undertaking like this .
1. dont offer downloadable content for less then 1/4 of vault media...your not mcdonalds, do NOT try to stiff your fans with coy promotions. either offer downloads or dont..its silly
2. make sure the site operates properly...customer service right? you guys do such an amazing job in your image/marketing and a small part of me being a fan is you guys have a great relationship with friends and your control over the band in general....
ill line up to buy anything, anyone in band releases but it blows in all the wrong ways when we get a shotty and half assed attempt at new media.
3. your music is amazing and we are all a little cranky due to this thing not working properly but in the end im here for the live show and your music. so lets all go get some sunshine, have sex...whatever..im trying to limit my bitter internet time to a minimum this decade

So in the beginning i downloaded some stuff from the vault. Then I moved so I haven't been able to get anything for a while. But it seem I lost my code to the vault in the hustle and bustle of moving. Is there anyway I can figure it out without buying a whole new monuments and melodies cd?
umm i can play all the songs and videos but i cant download but a couple of them.. is this common for anyone else.. i think its kinda bulls*** cause i want to download the songs but i cant. does anyone have an answer for me on why this is?

I feel like the vault is like a puppy someone bought on a whim because of its cuteness, and now that it's all grown up, nobody seems to care about it anymore.
It was such a great idea at the time. When it first opened, people were there to fix things. They were there to help. But now that it's "all grown up" the owners could care less. Let's tie it to a tree in the backyard so we don't have to look at it and deal with it.
They post upcoming and new events. They go on as if nothing's wrong. Meanwhile, the vault sits alone in the back with it's problems. The loneliness only makes it worse.

Thank you for the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, I send a comment to you guys here at Sony about Vault issues on the Incubus website, expecting at least an email saying you can't help me. Nope. Don't even get that courtesy. Second, I explain my issue on the Vault "Bugs and Issues" section and they are similarly silent. Did your web support services get downsized or shut down, or do you just suck at your job? There are TONS of people who need help that aren't getting it, and being paying customers, I would think you have a vested interest in their happiness. But apparently you've struck up a new model of commercial success that the rest of the industry has yet to discover, one revolving around ignoring customers and pissing off those who buy your products.
Don't email me unless you have something constructive to say regarding my issues. They should be archived. Under the same name and email.

so i entered the code back when I got my prepaid copy of monuments and melodies (vinyl). I entered it and figured that was it. I was able to open up the vault and download on several occasions, without entering the code. I figured this was because the code was somehow linked to my account and was therefore, well...there for always. Unfortunately, I tried it right now (I know, I've been a bad Incubus fan, its been awhile) and its asking me for my code again! WTF??? I don't have it anymore. Is there any way for it to be retrieved, or am I, in essence, f***ed? I really want to be able to download those tracks, PLEASE HELP!!!!

hey. when i first got my monuments and melodies album i couldnt find it either but it actually fell out with the second disc on a small piece of paper. just peek in the disc 2 area and you might see it.

When I try to download ANY of the videos, I get redirected to the Vault main page with a box saying "This media has already been downloaded."
What does this mean?
How do I get this fixed so that I CAN download the vids?
Herp_Girl, click the download button next to the mp3's or videos you want to download. A window will open and tell you to enter your code then.
i can't even find anywhere to log in with my code. Am i just being computer illiterate, or is there really nowhere i can log in with my code?
One of the things i would like to see changed or improved is when you watch the video, have an option to enlarge the screen... watching a lil 3 inch by 3 inch cube on ur screen is no fun : (

i lost faith in vault being fixed
Did you buy the 2 cd set, I know I bought mine off of Amazon, and luckily it had a code in it. Trying to see what could you do about this. You can try emailing them, if they site has a contact email address or email them on their myspace. That's a shame that you didn't buy a code. I bought Cobrastarship's "Hot Mess" cd and it didn't have a code in it, but they took care of the problem, by having all the one's who didn't get a code to email them with the insert.
