Reviews for this Album

I can't stop singing, grooving and being my sexy geeky self. I love it!

can.not.stop.listening.to.the.album.since.i.bought.it.

SICK

love.love.love.it!!!!

great concert. first time i was in "the crush." loved it, loved it, loved it.

near the end, when the crush fell on me, i decided it'd be best to leave - i mean, imagine my 5.5 year old finding out mommy died at a concert?

just awesome - i was soaked!

Not your typical GH, because the second disc is an awesome album in itself, with the exception of the "Let's Go Crazy" cover. (of course they perform it flawlessly, I just don't like the song - lol!)
Other than that, I can't stop playing Disc 2 - it is my new favorite!
I hope they do these tomorrow night at Radio City Music Hall - comeon guys, make my night!!! xoxo

wow! a really good compilation of songs.. no wonder why i really love incubus.. *two thumbs up*

i thought that the old songs chosen were truly deserving of being on this album and i loved the idea of releasing new yet old songs because it still shows how Incubus has evolved without it completely being what we have already heard

wowwww really good n two thumbs up for your new album...
heyyyy guys please comeback to indonesia....

is suck a gooood version of that song.

My boyfriend bought me a incubus album on my bday....and i like it..i love incubus and their new songs is great.......

Incubus has again proven to me why they are my favorite band. Disk One is wonderful, although I was somewhat surprised to find several songs from Light Grenades on there... Regardless, it's great, and Black Heart Inertia is sick. I agree completely, Bumpzilla; it's always nice to have a greatest album around so you don't have to shuffle a bunch of cds around trying to hear your favorites!

As far as the Disk Two, I enjoy the mellow and familiar sounds of the band. I was not expecting such a chilled out CD, but it is quite refreshing. Pantomime is amazing, along with Neither of Us Can See and Monuments and Melodies.

I am now even more pumped for the show in August! It will be my first time seeing the band live... Hopefully I don't pass out from excitement! Haha.

Damn good album but i cant figure out how do you put in your access code into here?

I got it on vinyl, since i got a new record player and that made it an experience... but all teh new tracks sounded like more of the same of light grenades, and sorry, but its the only album by them that I dont like. Dig, love hurts, earth to bella... god damnit and now martini ugh. But Still was a good buy for any incubus fan. First thing i bought by them Eye-wink

The entire album is amazing. Their biggest hits, some rare songs and a new song here and there. Any incubus fan will be reminded of the fantastic energy of this band. What a wonderful entourage to accompany the tour that you are currently making across the U.S. You must buy this. Even if you weren't a complete Incubus fan before, you will be after this. Worth every penny!

uuuh!! Monuments and Melodies is so beautiful... i like it, so much!! I hope that Incubus come back to Chile one day!!
We are watting for you!!

Bye!

i like the songs but i think old albums are more sensitive and beautiful than new ones.. i love "neither of us can see" Smiling but im still loving more old incubus albums Smiling cd1 is the best Smiling
one more thing:P
why dont you come to Istanbul. i'd love to see you singin live..

It still rocks. I like to have a greatest hits album when I'm driving around town and don't feel like changing cd after cd out to hear the songs I want to hear at that time. It makes it easier to have all the songs I like on one album so I can just play one cd at a time. Black Heart Inertia is a bad ass song too. All in all, I like this album. I hope to see them in August.

This is how artists should put out greatest hits or these whatever you want to call compilations. Incubus did it right, they give you all the radio/video hits of their past to present, give you a couple of new songs and then you get a whole other disc chock full of rare songs, b-side songs, and other songs not technically released on an official LP. I think it's great idea and all bands should do something like it, instead of mailing it in by just putting the hits on it and say that was easy money. The touring for this LP will just make the next album even better and I cannnot wait for that.

An awesome gift from Incubus to the fans. There was not one song I wasn't immediately taken with. I loved them right away. I own all previous albums so I can appreciate what has been reissued, but hearing the rarities on disc two was an experience which gave me a feeling I wanna chase and recapture everytime it's played.
Thanks again, guys; life wouldn't be the same without you.

Not only is it the best cd ever made by incubus, its the best cd ever made by anyone

She called out a Warning

I'm not too hot with their first single, but I dig Midnight Swim. Other than that, the first CD is pretty much what you expect if you know any if all of the songs listed on there. If you're not even a casual fan, then the whole thing is obviously not for you (then they are you here?).

The second CD is a bunch of B sides, unreleased songs, alternate versions of pre-existing songs, and one cover. This (and the so-called Vault) is pretty much what gives Incubus fans a reason to purchase this if they aren't die hard enough to buy a Greatest Hits album already just for the sake of adding it to their collection. I actually like it, a few of the newer songs are really good in my opinion. Its the type of mellow/hard rock we've all come to know and love. The rest are good, nice songs and renditions to listen to on a rainy day. Overall, for the Incubus fan, its a solid purchase. Well worth checking out for disc 2.

The Vault, which has been hyped up to be the reason to buy the album, has potential. I feel a bit conned into thinking I will have access to all sorts of material when in reality they're releasing bits over a long interval. And not all of it is downloadable, just streamed. As of this writing, its all just Live material from their various concerts spanning from 2003 Lolipalooza to 2007 Look Alive. I was really hoping to have access to their cover versions from Jackson 5, Bob Marley, Soundgarden (which I had at one point and was great), and even Metallica. Maybe in time.

Overall, good CD and decent attempt to try and give fans as much bang for their buck as possible.

this is more of a repackage from the past album.
